Nice location, easy to get around as the Lipanska tram stop is only a minute walk away. Nutritious breakfast, very clean and staff are very helpful.

The hotel was quite close to the city center. The room was spacious and quite clean. The breakfast was just ok, though little to choose from!!

For a 4 star hotel they should definitely have better service. The glasses at the bar were not clean - they smelled alchohol! There was no shampoo; the soap was almost finished when we checked in. The staff at the bar and at the reception was selectively nice to a sertain group/origin of the guests, which is extremely unprofessional.

The friendly staff went above and beyond, offering us personalized tips and packing a great lunch for our day trips. Breakfast in the beautifully converted theater was a delightful start to each day.

Good facilities, breakfast, good wifi, not too far a walk from the city centre.

The price is reasonable and it just take a 2-3 mins walk to tram station. Free wifi network in hotel room is very nice. Also, staff in hotel restaurant is helpful.

Hotel room is relatively small

Staff were so kind and helpful, it was a clean hotel. They cleaned the room everyday and towels were changed.

Breakfast was just as 2 star hotel just jam, butter, bread and breakfast cereals. Just some hot dogs and crumbled eggs. Not go at all. Soo poor. They should give to 4 star slandered.

Smoking in the lobby, and smoking in the corridor. The disgusting smell permeates slightly into the rooms. Make the hotel no smoking - this is the norm these days.

I enjoyed my stay! The staff was helpful, and the breakfasts were a real highlight, served in a charming setting reminiscent of a classic theater. I appreciated the nearby tram access. My room was clean and spacious.

Good location, good rooms, good wifi in the room. We stayed in the hotel 4 days and we appreciated the quality-price ratio. For this money ou cannot expect a real 4 star hotel, but it is good to stay some days with the family to visit the city. You can also go walking to st wenceslaw (20 minutes walking) but there is a tram line very close. I think If I will look for a budget accomodation in prague I can recommend this hotel

The breakfast is acceptable (but I missed a lot the bacon) but do not expect a 4 star breakfast. Moreover if there is a lot of people at the beginning, the "refilling" of items is not too efficient. The cleaning of the room at the beginning was very good, but the cleaning in the following days a bit superficial. One of the days they didi not fill the minibar

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The price was good and so was location; a short tram ride to the old town square, although I always walked it (about 20 min walk).

Only downfall was lack of air conditioning in the room which was quite warm in July. However, it was only a minor thing because the hotel is great.

The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm!!! The noise from trams disrupted my sleep, especially late at night. There's real room for improvement here!!!

could have a better wireless connection but its the location i suppose, either than that - perfect

The room was well-equipped and really well appointed with a comfy bed included.

The views were not so great.
